1. The candidate should accompany with his/her father or mother at the time of counselling without fail.
  2. The candidate should come in a proper formal dress (preferably in the previous school uniform). Fashionable accessories, make-up, hair style, hair colouring, lip-stick, tattoo(s) on any visible parts of the body are not allowed.
  3. Candidate should at least report half an hour before the counselling session.
  4. The candidate should bring all the original documents (Admit card, Mark sheet, Transfer Certificate & Provisional Certificate etc.) at the time of counselling along with two photostate copies each.
  5. If any candidate is unable to abide by the directives given in this counselling procedure, their candidature is liable to be cancelled.
  6. If any candidate fails to attend the counselling session on the mentioned date and time, their candidature is liable to be cancelled and the school will not entertain any complaint or responsibility.
  7. Tuition (admission) and bus fee books will be issued on the counselling day on payment of Rs. 50 each.
