Eligibility:

Students who have passed in the Class X board examinations, 2024 or Students whose result is not yet declared are eligible. However, their admission will be confirmed only after the submission of original admission card and mark sheet.

Admission test:

Questions will be set on General English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics from the syllabus of Class X. Each subject carries 20 marks and total mark is 100. The duration of the examination is 1 and half hour (90 minutes). The questions are in MCQ format. The date and venue of the entrance test will be notified later on.

> Students who secured 1st / 2nd / 3rd Position in the school admission test, 2024 will get Free Admission Fee (Class-XI admission amount only).

Seat Reservation:

a. Schedule Caste: The student must enclose schedule caste certificate issued by the competent official.

b. Schedule Tribe: The students must enclose schedule tribe certificate issued by the competent official.

c. Outstanding Sports-person: The student must enclose national / international level certificate(s).

d. Local Students: Local student whose parents are a permanent resident of Changangei Uchekon must be supported by a domicile certificate issued by a competent officer / SDO / SDC and the address of the resident in the AADHAAR Card too must be within 2 Km. radius from school.

e. Orphan (BPL): The student must enclose certificate issued by the competent official of Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Manipur.

f. I.D.P.(s): The students must enclose all the I.D.P. related Certificates issued by DC/SDC along with the admission form.

N.B. The school will not reserve the seat if parents fail to claim a seat under seat reservation by enclosing the necessary certificates at the time of submission of application form.

Counselling Procedure :

1. The candidate should be accompanied by his/her parents or guardians at the time of counselling without fail.
2. The candidate should come in a proper formal dress (preferably in the previous school uniform). Fashionable accessories, make-up, hair style, hair colouring, lip-stick, tattoo(s) on any visible parts of the body are not allowed. A student’s candidature is liable to be cancelled if he/she is with tattoo(s) on any visible parts of the body.
3. Candidate should at least report half an hour before the counselling session.
4. The candidate should bring all the original documents (Admit card, Mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar Card & Provisional Certificate etc.) at the time of counselling along with two photostat copies each.
5. Eligibility Certificate (CBSE & Other Board students) issued by the COHSEM must be submitted to the school within 15 days from the date of admission without fail.
6. If the above physical counselling procedure is not feasible due to lockdown, then school will conduct virtual online counselling.
7. If any candidate fails to attend the counselling session on the date and time mentioned or is unable to abide by the directives given in this counselling procedure, then their candidature is liable to be cancelled and the school will not entertain any complaint or responsibility.
8. Fee and bus fee books will be issued on the counselling day on payment of Rs. 50 each.
9. A fine of Rs. 5,000/- will be imposed if any candidate wishes to withdraw the admission or asks to return all the original documents after completion/attending the counselling session. Once the academic session starts then the candidates must clear all the fee (Tuition Fee and Bus Fee) for the whole session if one wishes to withdraw.

Cancellation Of Admission

1. The school authority reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate if the information furnished by him/her are found to be incorrect or the documents are forged or fake.
2. The school authority reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate who got selected in class XI entrance test/direct admission on the following conditions:
i) If the selected student fails to deposit the required admission amount to the bank before the last date of admission.
ii)If the selected student fails to submit the tuition and bus fee books to the school before the last date of admission.
iii)If the selected student fails to submit all the relevant original document(s) before the last date of admission.
iv)If the student’s particulars at the time of online form submission are not same as that of the certificates enclosed.

Withdrawal Of Admission

i) No refund of admission, tuition and bus fees once the admission procedure is completed.
ii) Full amount for the whole academic session must be paid if the student wants to withdraw the admission or bus service after the commencement of the class.
iii) No student will be allowed to withdraw bus service once registered, full amount for the whole academic session must be paid.
iv) If a student wishes to withdraw admission after the completion of counselling process, a fine of Rs. 5,000/- will be imposed and the original document (s) submitted will be return on payment of the fine and the documents must be collected from the school office within one week from the date of payment. However, once the academic session starts then the candidates must clear all the fee (Tuition Fee and Bus Fee) for the whole session if one wish to withdrawal.
