Subjects available and combination:
The subjects are as follows: English, M.I.L(Manipuri)/Alternative English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science and Mathematics/Health & Physical Education (HPE)/Computer Science.
English, M.I.L. (Manipuri)/Alternative English are compulsory subjects and the best three subjects will be selected for the exam result. The subject obtaining the lowest mark shall be the 4th elective subject and the same will not be taken for the exam result. However, the student must score at least the pass mark of the subject i.e., 33%. For subjects having both theory and practical examinations, a student has to score at least 33% each.
Students who opted Manipuri in class X must opt M.I.L(Manipuri) in class XI and XII. Students can opt Alternative English in lieu of M.I.L. (Manipuri), if they had opted Hindi or any other subject in class X. Every student has to choose one of the following subject combinations:
